Use Whispr in apps that support third-party iPhone keyboards, including everyday messages, email, and notes. iOS uses the system keyboard for some fields, such as passwords, and some apps restrict third-party keyboards.
Yes. After you download and set up a speech model, dictation runs on your iPhone and works offline. You’ll need a connection for the initial download and for services such as App Store purchases.
Yes. Whispr has a free tier so you can try voice typing. Optional paid plans are available in the app. Check the App Store and in-app plan screen for current pricing and allowances.
Download Whispr from the App Store. The guided setup helps you choose a speech model, enable the keyboard, and grant the permissions needed for dictation. Then open the keyboard in an app and try your first thought.
